This is wine growing that has been passed down from fathers to sons from generation to generation. Since Roman and Greek times when they brought them to the Spanish Peninsular. We use old fertilising techniques that take advantage of the previous harvest's shoots. In the fight against mould we use a careful plantation process of the vines that facilitates air circulation.
We take advantage of other herbs and plants to protect the vines and enrich them. We do not throw away anything; everything comes from the land and the plant and goes back to the land.
We spend every hour of every day dedicated to our vines and winery.
We work with the uncertainty that wine growers face every day, expecting the most from nature and trying to adapt ourselves to its ecosystem, its rhythms, climate, force and beauty.
